1. The Service
Uncappify supplies uncapped LTE SIM-only and 5G wireless internet connectivity, together with once-off domain registration, hosting, app development and website development services, as described on this site at the time of your order.
2. Contract Term
Connectivity plans are month-to-month with no fixed-term lock-in. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and no early-termination penalty applies.
3. Speeds & Fair Usage
Speeds advertised are maximum uncapped speeds. Actual throughput may vary based on network congestion, coverage, device capability, and other factors outside our control. Fair usage policies apply on select plans as disclosed on the plan itself; where no fair usage policy is disclosed, none applies.
4. Eligibility & Verification
To create an account we need your full name, address, phone number and email — no ID document is required. We verify the contact details you provide (email and/or phone, via WhatsApp) by one-time PIN before your account is created, and issue you a unique UC reference number for any future enquiries.
5. Installation & Equipment
Where a plan includes a free-to-use router, that router remains Uncappify property and must be returned in working condition on cancellation, failing which a replacement fee may apply. Customers who supply their own approved router are responsible for that device's compatibility and condition; the discounted rate for using your own router assumes an approved, compatible device.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Recurring plan fees are billed monthly in advance. Both connectivity plans and once-off services may be paid up front or on delivery/installation.
7. Once-Off Services
Domain registration, hosting setup, app development and website development are quoted and delivered as individual, once-off engagements. Turnaround time, scope and final pricing are confirmed with you directly before work begins.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Connectivity plans may be cancelled at any time as set out in Section 2. Once-off services already in progress are non-refundable for work completed; unused prepaid amounts for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion.
9. Privacy
Personal information you provide (including your name, address, and contact details) is used only to deliver and support the service you've requested, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
